• Where do you manufacture your Dy-Mark Label products?

  We have a modern manufacturing operation at Wacol in Brisbane where we can print all of your Label requirements here with a broad range of print capability and offer a fast turn-around time from order to supply.

• Do you have operations Interstate?

  Yes. We have warehousing facilities in Brisbane, Townsville, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Auckland and Darwin. In addition, we have trained and qualified Sales Executives in each state and can respond quickly and efficiently to your business needs.

• Which is best - Thermal Transfer or Thermal Direct?

  'Thermal Transfer' printing uses a thermal ribbon to produce an extremely durable, UV stable, water and scratch resistant image and is suitable for use with both paper and synthetic label stock. Whereas, 'Thermal Direct' printing uses a thermal coated (heat reactive) paper to produce the image. It is an extremely fast low-cost way to generate printed labels for logistics, shipping, food items etc.

• Can Dy-Mark train our operators and support the equipment we purchase?

  Yes, Dy-Mark have qualified technicians working out of all branch offices. We also supply consumable products for all equipment sold.
