• How can I obtain a hard-copy catalogue?

  You can request one by emailing us from the Customer Support tab under catalogues on the top menu OR from the Catalogue tab on the left-hand menu (please include your full name and postal address, as well as your contact phone number) OR you can call +61 7 3327 3000. You can request the following catalogues: Coatings; Packaging.

• What happens if I cannot find a distributor in my country?

  If there is no distributor on the 'Find a Distributor' web page please kindly send us an email of your enquiry to info@dymark.com.au. Alternatively, please phone us on +61 7 3327 3000 for assistance.

• Can I weld through Dy-Mark Zinc-Gal?

  Yes, you can.

• Do you distribute or sell Capital Equipment like UBS, Collamat, Datamax and Willett into other countries?

  No, we cannot as we are under contract to distribute these products on in Australia only. If you are outside Australia and want to purchase any of these brands, please look up each Company web site for their details on the distribution in your country.

• Can I use the brush-on Dy-Mark Zinc-Gal through an airless spray?

  Yes, you can. However, it may need to be diluted.

• Can I use Dy-Mark Rust Reformer on ALL rusty metals?

  Yes, but remove surface rust and flaking metal with a wire brush and prepare the surface before applying Rust Reformer.

• Can I use Dy-Mark Food Grade Silicone in an aerosol?

  No, only in liquid form - not aerosol due to solvents used in aerosol manufacture.

• Can I use Dy-Mark Farm Spray on hay bales?

  Yes, the product is APVMA approved.

• How long will Dy-Mark Spray & Mark last in an average application?

  Standard colours will last about 3 - 6 months in sunlight. The Fluoro range of colours will last for about 2 - 3 months in sunlight.

• Can I use Rust-Oleum High Heat paint on an inside grill?

  No, you can only use it on the outside as Rust-Oleum High Heat paint is not flame resistant.

• Do you have a product for baths and sinks?

  Yes, Rust-Oleum Tub & Tile paint can be used to renew porcelain fibre glass, acrylic, steel and cast iron surfaces.

• Can I use a product on wood?

  Yes, Rust-Oleum Painters Touch for interior use, or Rust-Oleum Stops Rust for exterior use.

• Can I paint on plastic?

  Yes, use Rust-Oleum Plastic Primer - it offers a range of 10 viberant colours to choose from.

• Why should I use a primer?

  Using a primer provides added protection by preparing the surface for a smoother finish top coat, and improves adhesion of the top coat.
